Where to start, other than to say that Phil has taken me from zero to IRONMAN distance in 12 months.
He has been so friendly and helpful ever since our first exchange - always very supportive and happy to answer my questions, no matter how stupid I thought they may be as a newcomer to the sport.
The progressive nature of the training plan had my load building incrementally so we avoided injury and I always felt ready to step up to the next distance, speed or power target.
Phil's varied training sessions kept things interesting, even through winter on the turbo trainer! The regular change of our sessions kept the body guessing and never once did I feel bored or like I was doing the same session again too soon.
What can I say other than I can't have hoped for a better coach than Phil and highly recommend him to other Athletes.
