Coaching doesn't get better than this!

Well after 3 Months of Coaching my David Lloyd Beginner Triathletes the day of their first Triathlon has come, our own "Indoor" Sprint Triathlon. Well in fact it's all totally outdoors as we are in the luxurious position of having the indoor spinning bikes under a covered Gazebo 20 ft away from our Outdoor 25m Pool with the run circumnavigating the club in the outside environs. They are all super hyped and raring to go into the unknown - Their lifetime Triathlon addiction begins here!

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the UK, AerobicMonster.co.uk and Tri-Sudbury Coached Athlete Dave Shoulders, lines up for action at the infamous 'Vitruvian' Middle distance Triathlon. After successfully completing his first Half Distance at the Outlaw Holkham Half in July, Dave decided to switch his attention into this new Goal. By investing a further 2 months of great Training, Dave is again on target to complete another amazing achievement, he toes the line fit, healthy and raring to go.

And last but not least, Adam Proud, Coached (and still advised) by Phil last year, lines up for the Race of his life at the 70.3 World Championships in Chattanooga, USA. AerobicMonster.co.uk wish him all the very best for a great race! - Go Adam! (Adams on the left - Andy Turnball on the right and me propping them both up after a tough 25 * 400m session!)
