This really well paced Race saw Are 24th Overall in the Male 50-54 Age Group. Well done Are.

Jeremy has been hitting some great numbers in Training and was using this race as a build race into bigger goals later in the Season. The numbers didn't disappoint and reflected in a great result, a massive PB over the distance of 14 minutes! Jeremy said "Hey Phil. Race was Saturday. Great legs. I pr'd all 3 legs and finished 14th overall with the 6th fastest run split of the day" 00:30:13 SWIM
