I've been training with Phil for 18 months now and I'm really enjoying having a structured training plan that is also flexible enough to work around a varied work schedule. Phil is a coach that always listens to feedback and will adapt the sessions accordingly. During the last 4 months of mainly endurance based training, I feel a lot fitter, and my swimming has improved massively. The training has not been easy, but this is exactly what I needed. Knowing that every training session is part of the bigger plan gives me the motivation to push through pain barriers as I know that the rewards will be greater in the summer.
