Three months prior I struggled over the line of my first 70.3 on the Isle of Arran, Scotland in a time of 6hours 34mins. In the space of three months, I was able to eradicate significant time off my bike and half marathon run disciplines by following the advice and training program set by triathlon coach Phil Jarvis. My name is Ray Jellema, and I work in the oil industry as an engineer based in Angola, in Africa. In the past, I had dabbled with a few small scale triathlons in my spare time but never really allowe
