Pushing my own boat out here but its not often that you go up as an Event Coach on the IRONMAN UK Website - It is an honour and a privilege! I previously held a Webinar for IRONMAN about preparation for this specific race. I still have the PowerPoint presentation if anybody would like it out there. Please do get in touch with me if you would like help towards this race next year or any others.

Another great Weekend for Aerobic Monster coached Athletes this Weekend with Chilean Athlete Patricio Vasquez making the top ten for the first time in his life at IRONMAN 70.3 URUGUAY. He is definitely in with a shot of a roll down slot for the 70.3 World Championships. Meanwhile, French Jeremy Cornuau was tearing up the half distance Tri-Amsterdam race in Amsterdam, finishing 21st overall in a stacked field. The most pleasing aspect for Jeremy about the whole race was the fact his normalised bike power over the bike race had increased by 40w, something that we both have been working towards over the last few months. He was also able to run a 1hr : 27min Half Marathon after that!

Hannah and Adam conquer Holkham Half

Well with one of the Hottest Weekends I can remember for a while with Saturday and Sunday both over 30 degrees, Holkham Half reared its head on the Horizon for both Coached Athletes Hannah Fatt and Adam Smith. Both had been training really hard throughout the Winter, keeping one another Company on the Long cold Winter rides as well as training in with the David Lloyd In-house Triathletes for their swim sessions. I'm really pleased to say that both had great Races with Hannah coming 5th in her Age Group and with a very fast time of 5 hours 44 mins and 27 seconds and Adam in a time of 6 hours 3 mins and 6 seconds. I've just seen them this morning and they both look real
